Ah, you want to use a complet set.

Many use the manacore wires. Some have reported that the ends on the spark plugs doesn't like to stay on like the stock ones do. I don't use them.

The stock BERU wire set has the carbon radio choke in the ends at the plugs and their impedence is matched to the coils output.

I would invite those that use or have used the manacore type wires to report on their use.

Regarding Kingsborne, I was rather surprised about them making up wires with just the sleeves myself. I had called a few days ago, and asked about the cost of the ends, and had forgot to ask about making up wires as above. They were closed by the time I tried calling back, so I emailed and asked the question. Yesterday, I got the reply from Gary down there, and when he said $25.00, I got on the phone right then and there, and they said no problem, what type wire, color and what year/model...we know the lengths. I'm anxious to see how it works out.
I agree, a jig from steel would be a much better option. I will consider doing just that after trying out the aluminum one, and working out any bugs, or such with the process. Yeah, I know little about plug wires also, but we be learning with ya alls help!

MSD wires look pretty good! I think I'll stay more OEM though!

I find the wire wound core interesting. Kind of like a guitar string. Must be very flexable.
