Default Clutch Pedal - At the floor

The clutch pedal is compressed 2 inches from the floor. It now has 2-3 inches from engage to dis-engage. Is it hydrolic? If so, does it take brake fluid? I think it is leaking......

The first thing you check is if your brake reservoir is low, parked on a slope with low fluid can result in air getting into the clutch master supply line; not the best design for the reservoir.. It's either the master or slave cylinder. If you think you have leaks then maybe it's a hose to the slave. If your carpet padding is greasy behind the pedal, it's the master; if your slave is leaking into the clutch area (pull the rubber plug and feel for fluid) get it fixed immediately. If it's either the master or slave replace both. I just went through this awhile back. It's not that hard to replace both; 2 hours if your organized.

Good Luck

Those words will come back to bite you...! It will do the same thing again...much sooner than later. You really should get them both replaced.
