Default Oil pressure problem

Hey guys, My 924S is due for a oil change very soon, The past week it has hit 90 degrees and I noticed that after a long drive sometimes when at idle the oil pressure will get to low and the light will turn on, This doesnt hapen all the time just once and a while, When Im driving oil pressure is fine around 3-4 Bar when fully warmed up, Do you know if I have a oil pressure problem, Or should I change the oil rating to something like 5w-40, Right now Im running 10w-30 mobil 1. Any ideas???

Actually you need to run thicker oil. These cars like 20w50, or 15W50 synthetic.

I agree. I have always used 20W50 in 944's, change at 3000 miles, and never an oil related problem. (other than the occasional leak)
