Immediately upon startup, 88 944 na RPMs dip then level out at ~800

Default Immediately upon startup, 88 944 na RPMs dip then level out at ~800

I think the 800 RPM is perfectly normal, however, when you start it up, the RPMs dip for a moment, then level off. Does anyone know the cause of this? And the remedy?

Any ideas where the air bypass crew [sic] is? I assume he meant "screw."
