Default my 924S 1/2 inch lower on the passenger front

I measured my ground -to- fender lip height and it's about 25 1/4 on the passenger side and about 25 3/4 on the driver's side. I can lift and bounce the car and it will settle a little bit higher on both sides.

I have Koni yellow adjustable insetrs and weltmeister adjustable sway bars front and back. Stock springs. New upper strut bearings and gaskets. My first thought is a failed passenger shock or the passenger spring collapsed more than driver's side spring, but before I tear into all this, does anyone have sugestions as to what to chesk first?

Thanks in advance,
Greg
