Hey guys,I take the pix after 20 minutes from taking the spoiler out of package. Its not finally installed and it is not painted yet !I have to work some days to set in right way.

I don't see why that would matter even in the US. My Audi doesn't have a DOT bumper, and passed a state inspection to convert a salvage title to clean/previously salvage. I didn't even bother to cover up the holes where the bumper shocks used to be. On a lift, it's very obvious.

Most state inspections are a joke.
