Default 3-Piece Crossmember Question

I can't find an old link to a shop that sold the 3-piece crossmember. I have access to a spare one and would like to have a local friends shop make this up for me. Does anyone have dimensions and info on flange thickness, bolt spacing, etc. Next time I do motor mounts, rod bearings, or a new pan gasket I thought it would be a good time to make the swap.

Thanks Mike,
For some reason I thought it came from a more obscure small shop. I'm surprised how thin those new flanges are though...must not be much torsional force at work across the center of the crossmember.
