Curiousity

I was creeping around the battery tray and spotted this tube. It sits just on the inside where the A-pillar start. There is also one on the passenger side. Any ideas what this is?

I had to take a second look fro the angle I would say sun roof drain.

Yes, that's what it is. When I checked mine that's where the water came out.
