Default oil leak

I just finished pump/belts/etc job and I knew I'd forgot something. Seals. Now I have a persistent leak dropping straight down from the crankshaft area. Safe to assume it's that seal. The upper half of the front-end is dry and I wouldn't think oil from there would find it's way down off the crank area. I guess I'll replace these when I go to retension.

Just to make sure I get it all correct this time., what seals should be replaced during a t-belt/water pump job?

Upper and lower balance shaft and front main (crankshaft) seal. Be sure to read about the balance shaft seals, One is 1 mm larger than the other. Check clark's garage.
