Love the low tech, old school, paint it in the driveway approach!
Guessing from the front bumper cover sag, you may be missing the spring clip hardware that attaches it (and holds it up) to the bumper bar.

Don’t worry still has orange peel and other defects. Photos hide things a bit. I’m going to run it for a been and see how it goes and I may redo it next summer or the one after if I keep it that long.
