Default A message for all owners of lowered 944's

I had a hell of a time finding a shop that could perform a front end alignment (actually, I couldn't find one) on my car because it is lowered. Yesterday I was at a shop with a hunter alignment rack, and they told me they couldn't do the front end as the lasers couldn't see underneath my car.

The solution to this problem was to remove the front plastic airfoil/spoiler that was held on with 12 screws, 2 10mm nuts and 3 10mm bolts. I'm not sure what is on the front of non-turbo's/non-S2's, but I figure there is something screwed onto the bottom of the front too. With the car on the rack, it took me all of 3 minutes to remove the airdam, and I was actually able to align my car. It took me maybe 5 minutes to replace the front aero foil.

I hope that helps anyone who has run into similar difficulty finding a shop to align the car.
