Default Horn Relay and Term 15 on 944S2

Any ideas please . The outputs are fine as when I remove the relay G13 and short 30 to 87 using a jumper the horn sounds.

However the relay coil input 86 does not show 12v between it and earth when the ignition is on. This terminal is marked as coming from Term 15 on the wiring diagram. I am wondering where I trace Term 15 back to please?

Searching a different way has me sorted. Sometimes it's hard to find the information because there's so much but we wouldn't have it any other way

What I would check is the underside of the CE (Central Electronics ie fuse/relay block) Crawl under dash and look at the connections going into the CE. Make sure all the block connectors are fully seated. I think the connector with 15 is L35.
