Sorry -- I just rechecked the thread.
I'll go in for ten (10). It turns out my GF just bought a p-car so I have more vehicles to look after now! So two sets of (5): 2 for rear, 2 for brakes, one underhood.

David, E-mail me at wraydan@msn.com and we can figure out what H4s you need/want because if you want an oddball/low volume bulb now is the time to get them. I'm going to have an order going in for over $1,000 and that is when people start doing you favors.
Porsche-O-Phile, these 35 watt replacement bulbs are only going into upgrade duty in lights that were originally 21 watt incandescent. Not 5 watt duty. I tested them and there was no significant voltage drop so the wiring is no proplem versus a stock 21 watt incandescent. And these original 21 watt duty stations were never constant light duty like marker lights. Heat is really the only issue and after over a year of experience by me and Rennlisters in hot climates like Texas and Florida there has yet to be a melting plastic lens problem. Because these are not constant duty lighting requirements. Bottom line is they are fine.
Even expensive high quality LEDs are a POS in the stock frenzeled lenses compared to just about anything else due to light emission differences. Those were tested, too. Just trust me on this.
No, Ton, you are still in time. Send me your postal code again so I can figure out the postage.

Hey Iceshark did you copy that?
I'm probably going to upgrade the lighting on the entire car then - I'll do the rear lights, sidemarker lights, under hood light and I'd like to get a price for the headlamp "kit" and the grounding strap setup you make. Thanks!

Porsche-O-Phile,
Everything is pretty well discounted already but you will save on the shipping by about 10 or 15 bucks.
The current price of the Full Boat Headlight package is $374.50 which includes shipping in lower 48 USA and an extra set of 90/100 H4 bulbs.
The new uprated negaitive battery cables and battery clamp are $44. The headlight package includes the forward supplemental grounds so you will be all set on grounding.
All the exterior lights, which would include (5) 35 watt #1156 halogens, (6) #1155 for running lights, (3) #1156 for rear turnsignal and 3rd eye brake light, and (2) #1157 combo for the front running/turnsignal light. The total package is $42.75. The 35 watt halogens are the expensive item, all the rest only come to $9.
I've got 20 bucks worth of shipping and packing material built into the headlight package. Let me see if I can safely pack everything in one bigger box I have. If so the shipping would be more or less the same. So Let's say $374.50 + 44.00 + 42.75 = $461.25 total. If the shipping is a couple bucks more I'll just eat it. There is your DISCOUNT!
If this sounds good to you, drop me a confirmation at wraydan@msn.com and I tell you where to send the check.
Regards,
Dan

Thanks, I'll send you a message about it - everyone has had good things to say about your kits, so I'm looking forward to it. I didn't mean to offend by asking about a discount - I know you're not gouging or anything (I just like to save where I can, like anyone else). Thanks again!

Paul, Yeah, I figured you might be out on the road. Just wanted to keep my list straight and up to date. The #1157 is a dual filament (5/21 watt) incandescent and is only 90 cents a pop. They last for many years so if you are ordering 4 to have a spare set, don't bother and just get 2.
Mike B.: got your order down but why do you only want (1) 100 watt H3? If it is for experimenting, OK. But if it is for a spare backup you better get 2. If you have high quality H3s, when one burns out the other is not far behind on joining that fate.
Porsche-O-Phile: Naw, you didn't offend me. I like to shop around for the best prices, too. It is just in this case the price is the price. So let me know what you want in lighting and we can make it happen. I've got 4 or 5 full headlight packages left before I need to go build some more harnesses.
