The last get together was a great success and it was really cool to kick back, chat, and watch movies after the end of the repair session. The pizza was great, the sodas and beer plenty, and there were several women instead of all men there Thanks to Danno, we will have the ultimate head gasket going into the 951. This 951 had the guru chips installed one day before the timing belt snapped. The car was running the way a 951 should only after the chips were installed. It ran so hard that the worn out timing belt decided to let go. The shop that sold him(my cousin) the car told him the belt were REPLACED. I am sure we will get this car running in one day just like how we fixed "Lola" in the last gathering. Let me know who is coming, whether if the 15th is good, and maybe if we are lucky, we will be watching movies with a 6 1/2 ft by 5 ft movie screen with surround sound

 

Weekends are rough now that rehearsals have begun, but I will try my best!

 

I'm in, if there is time, maybe we can inspect my belts... But maybe we should try and start earlier like at 10AM.

 

That doesn't sound like too tall of an order, I'm sure we'd be able to get that done!

What group is that? I want to play around with some of those guys at Laguna (my favorite track!). I'm not going to sign up again for the OTC next year unless they can promise me Laguna will be on the schedule...

Do we have a spare & rebuilt head? I've got one laying around that could be built up by that weekend.

We need a name for ourselves! Texas has theirs, Kansas has thiers.

We are near Hollywood, we need something nice!

This is what I will do: I will take ideas, logos ideas, cartoon ideas, and make us T-shirts.

I won't charge for the art, but I can make transfers onto black T-shirts. That part would cost me money, but since I can pretty much make it on demand, price can be kept low, just would need to know what sizes we need, and what is available.

I can do front AND back! These will be the first car T-shirts my company makes.
