It goes from the idle stabilizer to the intake manifold. It always seems to split. Mine looked about the same.
From the dealership it's about $25, which was too much for me. I went to Auto Value, and just matched it up to a similar hose, i.e. same end sizes, and similar bends.

It will cause a fairly large vacuum leak when it splits. I changed mine, and got MUCH better mileage (from 14.5l/100km to 11.5l/100km).
Then again, I fixed some other vacuum leaks as well.
