Default I thought I got a good deal.

So I picked up a set of front and rear sway bars off flea bay. 23 ft 14 rear. I dont have a rear at all and the front measures around 21 ish. I figured adding the rear would be a plus and a mild upgrade on the front cant hurt. BUT no hardware for the rear. I have done some leg work and figured out what I need but I guess the OE style drop links are made by the same people that make the fuel sender Yikes! I see solutions but the eccentric bolt in some images is a twist compared to some of the aftermarket setups. Any input is welcome. Ill assume Ill need to remove a bolt form the trailing arm and install a longer one? It seems all the images I can find are from the inside of the wheel hub and not the outside with the whel off.

it will be a 20 mm front sway with no rear sway. i had the same stock setup and I updated to a 944S2 26.8mm front sway and a 18mm rear sway. I got secondhand droplinks from DC Auto and hardware with new rubber bushings to mount the rear bar and refreshed the droplinks at a later date.

Try Retro Automotive in N.H. Roger has a huge selection of used parts and he just may have a pair of drop links. Tell him Patrick sent ya...

Are you asking about finding used eccentrics that have the rear sway bar mount point? What country are you in?

Thanks everybody Im in good ole Texas USA. Looking under the I saw the obvious which was a place to hang the bar. Brackets and bushing are cheap enough so no big deal Rt. Once I started understanding what it took to attach to the swing arm I thought wow go figure. When I found the links new around 100$ I thought what a deal then noticed the bolt needed to be longer and special. I see some decent used stuff online and Ill call Roger and see what he can do. I think the primary component is the longer eccentric bolt if I get a set of links and bolts used but in decent shape I can at least bolt it together a drive it. Upgrades later to be continued.

I'll try to find the correct contact but I bought a set of aftermarket droplinks from a member here. He had sourced a bunch of the parts needed and was offering them to the community at a good price. It should come up in search if you limit it to 2021. I'll see if I can find the information, in the mean time, and add it if/when I do.

I got my eccentric bolts from partworks.de for $40.00+ shipping. They also have the drop links for about $100.00, but fortunately at the time I scored a set of used ones in excellent condition for about $50.00. In general, it's all part of the cost of owning an old European car. I think we are just to be able to find this stuff at all.

Yup still have a bunch! I sell them as kits - $45 for everything you need. Including all hardware. Will be on 944Store shortly. I will do a big discount for Rennlist members. However a lot of price is driven by the safety / misalignment washers, they are not common in the M10 size and I end up with huge lead times and often end up spending significant time fabricating them from similar imperial parts.

Gasngo, where in TX? I am in Houston. You will indeed need the extended eccentric adjusters. Everything else can be sourced 3rd party as shown above.
