HAs anyone here ever purchased this kit from PAragon...What type of luck did you have with it, how is the ride qaulity compared to stock, and overall was it worth it..?

It's a Ground Control coilover sleeve setup, they're nice. Ride quality is going to depend on the spring you spec and the shock you put it on, not on the sleeve.

It's nice. You get access to a much wider variety of spring rates. Easy to install (IMO). My only suggestion would be to grind down the lower spring perch on the strut housing (as Paragon suggests) so that you can access the collar for easier adjustment.

I run these on my race car and they used on 90% of all the 944-spec cars.

I'm undecided whether I would like to get these or the H&R progressive springs. Does anyone know how much adjustment there is in the ride height for the coil over kit?

More than enough to make the care too low to drive or normal.

MTM, there is approximately 4" of useable travel. It would depend on the rate and free height of the spring, but generally you can go from Paris-Dakar to Nürburgring.

when you say Paris-Dakar im just guessing the roads there are cobblestone or something. but anyway I am planning on doing this upgrade too so knowing the ride wont make my car look like a civic with the stiffest springs possible jumping and bouncing down the road over every bump makes me feel alot better about getting it.

thanks skip.

He's referring to the Paris to Dakar Rally. It's widely considered the most challenging rally course in the world (+/-). Maybe the Baja 1000 is as challenging...........naw.............they've got Corona at the Baja, not Camels!

Those coilovers are very nice!! I got two inches of drop out of mine, with enough space left on the sleeve to drop it all the way to the ground.
If you don't lower the rear accordingly and stiffen the t-bars (or get rear coilovers) accordingly, you'll get some understeer. I did my front end two weeks before getting the rear done, and it cornered like crap between the two.
