Track/Street Alignment
I am replacing the tie rods and was going to get the alignment set at -1.5 degrees camber, 1/16" toe in, and spec caster. The rear is set at -1 degree camber and 1/16" toe in. The car is used mostly on the track with some use on the street. Track performance definitely overrides street. Any suggestions on better specs for alignment.

I would run zero toe at the minimum, no toe in. If it's really solidly track-use, I'd even run 1/16" toe out and add another .25 to .50
of negative camber to each end.
Sam
of negative camber to each end.

I agree with Sam. I just had mine done by a guy that preps 944 for race, DE's, auto-X, etc and he recommends -1.6 on the front and -1.4 rear for camber. If it is dedicated for track only, no street, then you *could* go higher.........

If street use is just to and from the track then I'd go a bit more agressive
0 front toe...
-2 neg front, -1.5 neg rear and 1/16 toe in the rear is fine.
My 944-spec car (race only)
0 toe, -3.5 front -2.5 rear and little toe in in the rear.
