Default NA motor in a 951?

I have a non running 951, and am waiting on parts still for an 07k swap. But, i am antsy and wanna drive it. If i can source an NA motor + DME/engine harness, should be no reasons why I can't run it like that right? I assume the chassis harness connects up just the same, and this would be a trivial endeavor?

Yes, it fits. You'll have to do more custom electrical conversion if you are putting an early ECU in a late car, but otherwise late-->late will be easy.

There is only one plug you will have to change if you are putting a NA harnes n engine into a turbo
It's the connector in the footwell that sends the output to the tach/fuel economy gage NA to the Tach/Boost gage.
NA uses a blade style connector while the turbo use the round pin style like found on the switches and Hvac control.
Did the swap going the other direction a turbo into a NA.
Still have harness n F9tech DME laying around.
