Is there a source for the fuel relay with the attached fuse? I have a non start issue will fire with starter fluid so that tells me it’s fuel related starting with easy fixes before moving on the fuel pump and associated parts.

The part number is 477 906 059, and it looks like it is no longer available. That said, you might be able to substitute a jumper to provide voltage to the fuel pump through pins 87 and 30.

The easy answer is yes and no. That is, there are tons to be had from Porsche breakers such as Plyhammer (I haven't checked there) and the like. They may not be tested, however. Of course, eBay can be your friend including expanding your search to ebay.de (Germany) and ebay France and Canada.
Have you reached out to any wreckers? There are also parts marketplaces on both Pelican and here.
Sometimes your existing relay just needs to be resoldered as the stuff can crack over time.
