Default Transmission Noise

Back story transplanted 88 turbo engine into 86 NA with a Na Trans using a S2 flywheel and sensor to run the engine.
Still in the tuning phase running off wastegate pressure alone. max boost I've seen in logs is 2 psi over ambient fastest I had the car is 80 mph using GPS
The lingering question is what would fail first the Clutch or Trans
Thinking that's Solved hoping it's not the Trans
Car now makes a knocking groaning sound from the right rear of the car under power with clutch engaged
Car still shift thru all the gears smoothly and accelerates. haven't been able to get car on a lift as yet
But should the axle shaft move in n out freely? would a loose coupler cause that noise?
Trans mount is a Lindsey racing solid trans mount got car up on lift today CV bolt are all tight.
Checked Trans coupler and it is tight.
Videos attached question which wheel is the drive wheel? always thought it was the passenger side

Maybe a loose C-V axle? Might be shifting back and forth on the loose bolts...HTHsome
