Does anyone know of a good shop near NYC that can coat a Bursch test pipe? I know of a few places that I can mail it away to, but there must be a good local shop that does this. Anyone have experience?

What kind of gaskets will you be using? I used metal copper gaskets made for 3" pipes, but it seems to be working.

Swain is a few hours away (northwest NY IIRC), I had them do my pistons (dome's only) and am satisfied. I haven't put them in the car yet though.

Jet Hot Coatings (who did my Bursch pipe) are in Conshohocken, PA (maybe 2 hours from NYC). I might be able to assist in coordinating some coatings since I'm about 45 minutes from there. I had my pipe done maybe 3 years ago now and it still looks like new. $90 total (no shipping b/c I dropped it off and picked it up). I also plan on making my own copper gaskets to fit the stock exhaust (w/ Bursch test pipe). Tired of those crush rings. I bought some .021" thick copper off Ebay for $40 (enough to make around 90 gaskets). I'll post some pics when they are done.
