My '83 odometer just hit 100000 a few months ago. But, then, the ododmeter broke in '95. I tried to repair it last year, now it only runs when its really cold.

What's nice about the early gauges and 924S is once you get to 100K it goes back to zero! Almost like its time to start all over again

I have 133K on mine, welcome to the 100K plus club

I'm shooting for 200k by mid-summer, so 100k does seem pretty low. The PO is a porsche mechanic, so I should stop his shop and see if he'll give me a free tune up when I get there Congrats on getting to the low 100k mark!

Z-- 23,000 the hard way, eh!?

I know 100k is low for a 15-year old car. It's just a milestone that reminds me of the car's age. Seeing all the 200k+ cars puts it all in perspective though!

I guess being driven is better for the car in the long run anyway! And, I get my Infinity Basslink sub installed (by a pro) on Saturday! Present to myself for hitting 100k.

I am around 120,000 now...

I will never stop driving it until....

A. I am dead...
B. It is totaled.. <--- If this happens I will be sad but hopefully I (anyone driving) will be ok .....
C. Give it to my children (After they have earned it)

I plan on putting lot of miles on her no matter the repair bills. The car to me is beyond any doller value. Its a shared on going project that I share with my father. Hopefully I can share with my children someday.

I'm at 96k, looking to break 100k this summer since this is my daily driver.

I desperatly need to take her in for tune up and general maint.
I don't have the skills or knowledge yet to do it all myself, so I'll have
to take it into a shop. Unless there is someone in the Chicago area that's
willing to mentor me a bit?

I'm glad you guys are considering 100k low mileage, as I love my 924S
and I plan on driving her as long as she holds together!

My 87 SAAB 900 Turbo rolled 300,000 a while back, and the odo doesn't
quite work anymore. It only puts on 1 mile for every 100 or so, so I have
no idea where she's at now.

My 97 SAAB 9000 Turbo got towed away when I was out of town and
wasn't worth paying to get it back....I do miss her though...

I was hoping to be on the highway when mine rolled the day of the superbowl. I wanted to be doing 100 with 100K....not a safe idea...but I thought it would be pretty funny.

I'm at 102...just shy of 103 right now. Really wasn't happy when it rolled...but what are you gonna do

I'll take a better pic at 200k - although that will be in about 15 years time

I love seeing all these high numbers...esp since most are non-rebuilds.

Helps me appreciate the longetivity of these motors despite the few finicky flaws.
