How to clean chamois cloth?

What is the proper way to clean a chamois cloth?

Or, should I simply stick with the cotton towels and not use a chamois cloth?

The chamois cloth certainly makes quick work of drying a car.

IIRC, the real (sheepskin) chamois I have can be washed in a wahsing machine. I'm imagine the synthetic chamois can also be cleaned that way.

griots sells a chamois cleaning/rejuvinating solution. If you are using real sheepskin, it needs to be fed. if synthetic --> washer will do.
