it clicks just aat the point you turn it. and the voltage reads out. so its not that

well. first of all it didnt end up perfect. i couldnt get the leather to stretch completely back together. and i didnt have the right thread (i just took something from my moms sowing kit.) So i used some transparent nylon thread and just tried and failed until i figured out a good pattern that looks something like original.
