^^^ This is why they fetch good money, especially if they have the correct date stamp and are finished with the correct paint and anodizing.

Otherwise just buy new from Fuchs for just under $4,000 a set and save yourself $2,500.

i waited a year hunting for monoblocks for the tank and payed 1200/4 because i 'wanted' them. at 300,000 miles, the rims are worth more than the car.

i have a 15 x 6 fuchs from 72 that may be a timeless clock one day.

Hi Mike
My 86 turbo came with Fuchs 7s and 8s so curious what makes this version not fit? Is it just the 9 inch rears?

9" 930 Fuchs definitely fit a 951. I had a good friend that had a set of original 930 rears on his 951 and 8" 951 Fuchs on the front. I think what he was saying is the 7" 930 Fuchs may not fit, but that is an assumption.

The funny thing about that car is the 9" Fuchs are probably more valuable than the entire car in the market today.

Reason is that the 7x16 wheels on sale here are 911 wheels not 951 wheels. They made a version of the 7x16 Fuchs to clear the Brembo brakes, they had a 951 part number. The 7x16 Fuchs with a 911 part number like these, won’t clear the brakes.

Hi Mag,

That is exactly what I thought. As for the 930 rears, they definitely fit a 951.

You may get them to fit by experimenting with different spacers to enable them to clear the brakes, I really don’t know but worth a try.

There’s a little more info on this site which shows the specific part numbers for both the 951 and 911 7in and 8in Fuchs.

Ahhh OK. I think read this before somewhere but it didn't mean anything to me then.
