Default Wheel studs

What is the thread and pitch of the wheel studs?

I have a few studs that are slightly galled, but don't seem too bad. I was switching from alloy to steel lugs and noticed this problem yesterday. I am going to see if I can salvage the studs instead of replacing them.

If I can't salvage them, where do I order new?

Bringing this one back because I can't figure out what length wheel studs to order.

I'm running 17" Boxster wheels with no spacers. Do I still get the 45 mm front and rear?
