Anyone know where I could get one, and what size it is? When I removed the old one the threads were destroyed. Thanks.

Same thread as a sparkplug.
Helpful hint #1: Use a combination 18mm/14mm sparkplug thread chaser to clean out the O2 sensor threads whenever I remove and replace a sensor. (Only a couple of bucks at Pep Boys)
Helpful hint #2: The threaded cam tower plugs have the same thread as a sparkplug or O2 sensor. Ever dinged the threads cam tower plug threads during a head gasket job?
