Question Oil Cooler cooler?

So, I am in the process of changing out my oil cooler seals and thought I would rummage through the parts off my 951 parts car to help remember where all of the bolts and what not are (always easy to look at the part when it is off the car).

Is there an advantage of using the air to oil cooler off the 951 as opposed to just the coolant to oil cooler on the NA? I have all of the parts, so that is not an issue. I think it has a better efficiency (greater driving force), plus it will add more volume to the oil in circulation.

Any suggestions or thoughts?

Thanks,

SCular
