Stupid question, but is the "after run coolant pump" the same as the turbo water pump?

Took my car in for a coolant leak (AGAIN). This time, it's the "after run coolant pump". I'm looking into getting the part on my own and can't seem to find it anywhere. Just wondering if there's another name for this part.

It's the electric turbo coolant pump, many places carry it, kinda pricey though. There may still be a used one on ebay.
