That is awesome!

Care to go into more detail on metal preparation and what type of paint was used for the various components. That is so much better than what I have dreamt about for my poor little "Herbie".

Nice work! I wish I could do that sort of thing when I get bored.

just painted...that there is FORD gray...straight out the can. i was itchin to get the car back together so I didnt go the powder coat root. wish I would of though....paint scratches easily. ahhh next time.

Engine looks great!

I too like the brace. It looks like a Weltmeister unit I remember from years ago.n an Automotion catalog. Does Wiechers make the brace or distribute someone else's product?

I also like the fuel pressure gauge on the end of the fuel rail. Where can I get my hands on one?

My project is spread all over the US right now, as I am awaiting the movers to deliver my things from Miami to California. As soon as they get here, the project will be back on track with a trip to the machine shop and the purchase of the remaining major components --rods, head, and a turbo.
