Care to go into more detail on metal preparation and what type of paint was used for the various components. That is so much better than what I have dreamt about for my poor little "Herbie".

My project is spread all over the US right now, as I am awaiting the movers to deliver my things from Miami to California. As soon as they get here, the project will be back on track with a trip to the machine shop and the purchase of the remaining major components --rods, head, and a turbo.
