I partially rounded off one of the allen head bolts on the PS rack for the metal hoses. It's the threaded bolt that has the hole in it for the PS fluid on the pinion gear part. How do I get this off without rounding it off the rest of the way? Can I replace this part or am I screwed?

when i stripped mine i used a pipe wrench to get it off. it may be kind of primitive, but it worked on 4 bolts that i stripped. and yes rennbay has the banjo bolts for i think 26 dollars for two.

a google search turned up a hint...
jam a torx bit in there and hope it bites in enough to bust it free. either way, i'll need new banjo bolts, darn things are expensive!

Haha... been there, done that.
1 of them came out with the 6mm allen key... 3 rounded out.
Vise grips on the outside edge of the bolt head. they come out very easily.
Actually I re-used mine, and just tightened them with the vise grips. Worked like a charm. no leak yet (6 months or so).
Just make sure you only pinch the outside edge of the bolt, and not the fitting, or else it won't turn very well. They come off quite easily once you get them pinched right.
