What was the suspension make up for the 89 turbo?
I am looking at an 87 951 with the suspesion from an 89 951 under it. What exactly was the suspension on the 89?

Its the factory M030 suspension, which is the single adjustable koni yellow struts and shocks. The front struts have ride height adjustment (threaded lower perches) and approx 165 lb/in springs with a slightly narrower diameter than the stock springs. 25.5mm rear torsion bars instead of 23.5. The front sway bar is 27mm (26.8) and the rear is either 18 or 16mm depending on when the car it came from was made.
If the guy is claiming this is what it has, make sure you verify or confirm the claim.
The M030 suspension also has harder rubber bushings in the control and trailing arms, but I would doubt that this change was made as part of the suspension swap.

You will be able to tell the difference in the calipers because the 1989 944 turbo calipers are a axial mount caliper and the 1987 calipers are a radial mount. You should be able to see two large allen bolt holding the front calipers onto the spindles, when you look at the caliper from the prospective of how the pads slide in.
