Matt, I'll PM you with details tomorrow after I go back and bitch. While not all tirerack affiliated shops are your's (most of the local one's are independant), this one actualty happens to be a Firestone. I'll have to check on the name but it's the one in Vauxhall (AKA Union) NJ.
Devon, I'm very much pro 215-60, I just wasn't thrilled with the Falkens I've had in the past. That was a long time ago, YMMV but at a similar price point I went with the "unknown new product" instead of the Falkens, also in the running were the ES100 for just a couple bucks more and a set of Conti's from the same Ebay seller and within $2 of what I ended up spending.
On a dumber note, I remembered today that my wife's company has one of those programs that gets discounts for employees from certain vendors, if I had used her code I would have gotten free shipping from Tirerack. Don't tell her!

I am very pleased so far with my new German treads out back. I had a pair of Fulda Carat Extremos put on the back phone dials today. Apperently they are the top selling performance tires over in Germany, so I figured I'd give them a try. They're Z-rated, temp. rated A, traction A and tread life of 180 (short I know, but hopefully sticky when used!). The fact that I got them for 25% off for no apperent reason didn't hurt my decision either
I'll keep y'all updated if you are interested. Anyone else run these?
