Default Advice on front cam seal replacement-83 N/A

I have an annoying leak (drips onto header when parked) at the front camseal between the distibutor housing and cam housing. I'm pretty sure it's not the cam housing gasket. The PO had done timing and balance shaft belts and they are not due for 20K. The oil has not got into the distibutor cap yet. My question is: Once the inner seal leaks do the others two seals often fail in sequence? I'd like to put this off for awhile if I can and am not eager to do a complete belt job yet. I have all the tools (except tensioning tool) but haven't done belts on either of the P-cars because they aren't due yet. Do it all means I'll replace everything ($$$) with new, belts, seals, rollers, etc.

Any collective wisdom here or should I just bite the bullet and do it all?

Any help always appreciated!

Steve
