If your hubs are late-offset, then yes, you can run 8Jx16 ET 52.3 D90's without spacers. The wheel will clear the calipers & hub.

Your '86 is early offset like mine. Any car that can run Fuchs, will need spacers for D90s. Any car that cany run D90s without spacers, can't use Fuchs.
