Both are viable sources of increased power however, to install a turbo many of the components must be replaced, upgraded, and added. Such as Intercooler, blow-off valve (unless you like alot of between gear lag), new intake manifold and exhaust manifold, injectors, etc., etc. Where a supercharger only needs to replace the intake manifold and add an intercooler, all the other things will just add more power. And also with a supercharger you can swap out pulleys to change the psi, as you need, which costs a couple hundred less than a boost controller. Or you can even run a boost controller on the SC. 0-60 is the SC's territory unless you can reduce turbo-lag somehow in the low end of the rpm spectrum. And as many have said the turbo system will give you more top end power due to the fact that no power is required to "run" the turbo. So it all depends on your wants.

i can reduce turbo lag pretty well if i dump the clutch at like 4k. hehehe
To change boost on a turbo you can just adjust the wastegate. you can add a spring or shim to the wastegate, and i think springs and washers are cheaper than pullyes.
