I know the nylon spiral covers you're talking about, but I can't recall seeing them for sale. Maybe generic parts suppliers like Summit would have them?
It's just electrical wire cover, kind of like a slinky I guess. You can pick it up at the hardware store in a few different diameters in the electrical supplies section. I think it is marketed under the GB label called Spiral Wrap or something. I just use enough to cover the hose where it might rub something.

Make sure you kind of smooth/round the cut ends though as they can be kind of pokey.

What 90 degree fitting are you talking about...

jason, I have eliminated the fuel damper and the small hose that go to it. To do so requires a 90 deg. fitting, you can then bolt right to the rail.

It is not needed to run the car, it is in the way and you have just eliminated a chance of fire from the rail (well 99% anyhow). The injectors are batch fire, the damper is supposed to even the distribution. There are NUMEROUS 951 guys running without even in some of the highest HP applications. Myself, Alan C., TonyG (IIRC), etc. If Alan's race car can do without then I doubt my street car will have too many problems even at 350+HP.

I could take some, I have jus trimmed the rail and I have the hoses installed. The rail is not ready to go in yet.
