Brian,

There are a few things you can do to mitigate the chance for damage from the braid cover rubbing. There are shrink to fit covers that are intended for this application as well as the Flame Crusher or whatever it is call covers. I am going to use that nylon spiral covers like you typically see used for wire looms. I have used it in the past and it works great and is cheap and easily removed.

Yeah, I guess a short section of shrink tube would work. It's just that the lines run right where I mounted my crankcase breather. SS on aluminum would get ugly quick.

I know the nylon spiral covers you're talking about, but I can't recall seeing them for sale. Maybe generic parts suppliers like Summit would have them?

Brian - I am not worried about how much we got done. We all had a good time, didnt overexert ourselves, and I think we all learned a little. I got to play with the dremel, we got to see the other Matt's shop, got the EGT done, etc, etc. I think it was successful for the time we had. You had no control over when you arrived, so dont worry about it. I figure that I have a few hours of work left. Back OT...

Vic, when the product is good, it will advertise itself.

Yep, and when we like something, we'll jabber about it to anyone who'll listen.

Well, I'd say check with Vic and John D. first, and see if both parties give it the green light. If a group buy forms up, count me in.

Default Group Buy

I'd be happy to accomodate you guys with a group buy - just don't know how to set one up.

Any pointers would help.

Thanks
Vic

Am I missing something? The ad said "see ad" where the price would be listed, but the only mention after that was the additional charge for paypal. Couldn't find the price itself anywhere.

Default List Price

Sorry about the discrepancy with my ad - just made some changes and missed not including the price.

The price of the standard kit is $160.00 plus shipping.
