I'm in the same boat Eyal and Luis...but you know what they say, you get what you give...there's a reason why black looks the best!!!!
You know at first I didn't like the cabs, thought they looked funny...but more and more I see them, especially just like Blue S2 said, black, lowered, chin spoiler, I've grown to love them...in fact, now I want one. In fact, I don't think there is a better looking cabriolet car. In fact.

If that had the clear indicators/signals and 968 mirrors it would blows the Boxster outta here in terms of looks! (haha, in performance wise, i bet it does anyways! Especially if you supercharge the thing, or go 3.0-turbo, than its 911-cab territory)

Yeah, i think its someone's on the board! If i had a cab though, thats what it would look like! Except with HRE wheels, aero mirrors, and the clear indicators! (944 cab is the only one i like aero mirrors on)

i totally agree about the wheels but the mirros i think stock look better than any others. but you know what, still with those wheels, its the best looking one i have been seen. i will love to have one like it and i will.

I agree with Mike. I prefer the aero mirrors on the 968. The stock mirrors match the boxier front of the 944 better IMHO. Who cares if it's dated. These are 15-20 year-old cars. Time has always proved classics to look best in stock form.
BTW, that black cab belongs to Frederick M. Long time Rennlister. It's lowered and has been very well cared for.
Here's a front shot of mine with stock everything except the C2Ts that Porsche released on the 911 turbo the same year this car was built.
