Default AFM: Where to buy?

I need another AFM soon, and I need to know who has decent prices on them. Most part manufacturers don't have this listed (Pelican, perfprod) and it may be a dealer-only part.
I've gone through 3 bad ones (mine and 2 used) and just want the damn thing to run nice again! The last one fixed the car for a while, then went bad after about 9 months, so IT MUST BE NEW!!
If you can post links and\or prices I'd appreciate it!
I also need O2 sensor if anyone has info on that (and on installing the generic O2 plug into an 84 also)

Paragon Products has them, listed under the intake portion of the 944 section. Pelican Parts also have them listed in the Fuel Injection part of the 944 page. Air flow meters are not dealer-only parts, many parts suppliers sell them. The internals can be swapped to repair them in many cases. FRWilk has a website which explains exactly how to do this. http://frwilk.com/944dme/ is a link to his page, just follow the menu to Air-Flow Meter and read up. What usually fails on AFM's is the potentiometer within the casing. The brushes end up running grooves completely through the carbon, to correct all you do is put a kink in the brushes so they run through a fresh path. The FRWilk website shows how to do this.

I paid about $400 from pelican and later found one for $350 from bimmerparts.com so prices vary.
