Default IceShark - your battery kit....

Hey Dan - your battery cable kit - does it replace the starter/alternator harness also?

I have a customer who NARROWLY avoided a fire due to that harness this week, and need to replace that wiring.

Additionally, I never got ahead enough finances-wise to pickup anything other than the full-boat headlight kit last year, so I'm still running the factory stuff in my car also.

Are you making any more kits anytime soon?

Keith,

Yes, that starter to alternator run is part of the harness and also has an 175 amp inline fuse in it to prevent the battery from dumping 600 or 700 amps into a hard short and start arc welding. So with my new setup you shouldn't have any Perry951 events. And the cable is covered with fiberglass sleeve which will take about 1100*F before you can get through that.

I think I have 5 full battery kits left right now so you can get 'em right away if you want. The full kits with the fused supplemental positive, special firewall cable ties, dielectric grease, sanding sponge, etc., all you need to install other than common tools, is $213 with the shipping.

If you want to get two kits together for your customer and yourself the shipping should drop by almost 10 bucks if I can put everything in one box.

So let me know what you want to do at wraydan@msn.com
