Default Brake Booster Replacement

Anyone done this? How do I get to the nuts on the back of the brake booster? I looked up under the dash and couldn't find them, and you can't reach them from the top.

Looking at the replacement part you can see that there are just the three nuts on the back and the two connecting it to the master cylinder on the front, so as soon as I get those off I can back to trying to glue the nipples back onto my reservoir (didn't quite pull straight, ah well).

Bump for the people that don't work on their cars at midnight.

BTW, anyone have a brake fluid reservoir they'd like to part with? I'm nervous about the glue job I did last night.

Dont want to hijack this thread, but what are symptoms of a bad brake booster? Spongy pedal?

Never done it, but the nuts CAN be reached from underneath the dash. Remove the seat and crawl there on your back- it's tight, but doable.

The brake fluid will dissolve that glue, so you better get a new one. I replaced my reservoir last week and got the new part from Pelican Parts (http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/...brakes_pg1.htm). (And remember, it's an easy smooth motion...just like firing your rifle. )
