Default 968 mirrors

i have an 86 951.. im planning of updating my left and right mirrors using 968 mirrors... does anyone know where i can get a good price? thanks

I got mine From Don Rosen for $395 or so ~2yrs back- IIRC, Sunset had them for ~$350 at that time- prices change both ways all the time... Anyway, I have seen manual aero mirrors for ~$260- you need to get the retrofit kit for the 944 series, but, if you could get manual for cheaper, I think you'd be better off doing that- I didn't know it at the time but, when I did mine, all that stuff looked IDENTICAL- I'm almost sure it would work & would save you a few bucks- might want to look into it... But really, the best way to go is to luck out & find them on a 968 being parted out...

Sunset has the best price on new. Easiest upgrade is to take them off a 968 that is being parted out. I think there are some detailed instructions on how to do this somewhere.....
