I'm quite positive 944's are a lot harder to find in Canada, or a lot less were sold in Canada, and that in turns makes them considerably more expensive even after the exchange rate.
Seriously that is the lowest price I have seen for 951. Most of them are around 15-20k in Ontario, and then I've seen some mint ones go for over $20 000 Canadian.
