So I was able to get the oprv bolt out, is there anywhere to get the bolt portion of a three piece oprv?

Occasionally they can be had on E-Bay. I bet if you called Lart's, 944Online, and the like you could come up with something. Dimi here on Rennlist sold me a used retrofit early OPRV a few years ago.

Update on this, got everything back together this afternoon with the oprv sleeve now loctited back in place, still no dice. However the front end of the car has been up in the air for over a month now, would that play any significant factor in drawing oil into the pump?

Did you use the compressed air-down-the-dip stick tube-trick to prime the engine first?

Bit of a nicer day today, thinking of piddling on this a bit. How bullheaded would it be to try overfilling the oil until the pump primes (if it does) and then draining the excess?

You can remove the oil filter and put a clear hose in the oil filter housing hole. Not the center hole but the oblong one. Make sure the hose fits really tight. I think I used a 5/8 or 3/4 inch hose, don't remember. Have about a foot of hose sticking straight up from the filter. Pour oil in the hose, till it is at the top of the hose, and turn the engine backwards with a wrench. You should be able to see oil being sucked down the hose when you turn it. If not then I would think there is an air leak.
