Default I want to buy 968 tip coupe

Hi all -

Looking for a '94--'95 968 tiptronic coupe, preferably black on tan. 75K or fewer miles with no "issues" or "stories". Books and service records for belt/pump/roller/seal work and flex disc, if applicable.

I've seen 3 similar examples sold (not asking) at $13k-$14.5 in January. Unfortunately, I was late to the bidding. Will spend upto $15K for the right car. If you've found it tough to sell your tip-car, I might be the guy!

Got one for sale? Call or e-mail! TIA,

Yep, got it done yesterday at Dougherty. Car has no records, thus timing belt/pump/seal work is mandatory, as is a new flex disc to fix the loud noises in the tip tranny. I was OK with that, but evidence of accident uncovered too along with ohter expensive nickl/dime stuff took me out of the game.

Gary Knox was a big help in getting a good set of eyes on the car in my absence. Nothing beats the willing ness of other listers to help out.

But, I'd rather wait for the right car than try to bring a lesser car up to what I'm looking for.

Great deal at $10K for the do it yourselfer.

Buzz,

Good luck with your search.

Btw, who was selling this one....don't know if anyone else on the list might be interested in it.
