Porsche Stock Price!!!!!!
Hey everyone, can i get some clarification. Is this the current stock selling price for Porsche??

That seems super high!!! I may be missing on something though. I just downloaded their Financials and documents for 2003.
Can anyone fill me in on their stock situation if that link is incorrect, and investing in the company?

That's about right for common shares. If I understand correctly, the preferred shares are owned by family and loyal friends so that the Porsches/Piechs maintain control of the company. They are the most profitable car company on the planet. (Next is BMW, if I'm not mistaken).

I thought that the ordinaries were held by the family and the preference shares were listed. If you go to Deutsche Borse and search for Porsche under "Kurssuche", you'll find the preference shares (if I recall my German correctly) last traded at 437,25Euros (around $560). It looks like what you found is a Nasdaq Pinksheet quote (notice the last trade date is a month ago).
