Sam... never even noticed the 3rd light... I was to busy staring 3 inches above it drooling (this was after I drooled on the keyboard with the avatoar, of course)

...how much did that run you? I wanted an adjustable 968 rear, but the company I saw selling them wanted $1100!! I am NOT about to spend that much on any mod that is mostly used for oo's and aaah's. It'd be nice for track prep, but certainly not necessary.

FSAEracer- Im sure one day down the road I will add the 968 adjustable wing, but for now Im happy and content...I bought the 4 main pieces used for 550, then add in all seals, brakelight, paint, mounting and you are looking right over 1100. I would have liked to buy the whole hatch, but when I was looking it was impossible to find them so I went this way...thanks for the nice comments.

Hey, give credit where credit is due! That is a definitely out of my league just now. I have a paint guy that can get mea good deal on a spray, but I still am hoping for a much cheaper solution (probably a junked S2's spoiler). We'll see though, I have time to think about it.

That may be much easier said than done. This spoiler only came on the '91 coupes, of which just ~500 were brought to the states. I only got mine because I ran into the deal of a lifetime, literally. Guy had moved abroad, but left his S2 with a blown motor here. I took it off his hands for $1k. It wasn't "hot" either, I had the title. Yeah, I think I got a good deal.

Not quite the "old car in a barn story", but pretty close!

I wish someone would just produce the things, they shouldnt be much money to make in fiberglass. Anyone have one they want to lend me? I will get my father in law to make a mold.

Matt,

You should email 944racing.com and ask them what the deal is and whether or not they are going to carry them anymore. I got mine from KLA, it was the same product, but KLA stopped carrying them awhile back and won't have them anymore.

Let us all know, I know that this is the 5th or 6th time in the last week someone has stated that they want one of these repro wings but can't find one available.

ahhh the 512 TR, the TestaRossa.. "redhead"... I absolutely love those cars! Pictures will never do them justice! I got to wrench on a '93 that was meant for the '94 Le Mans but never made it. The owner, Pete, said that before he removed the twin-turbo setup Hamann isntalled, it was nearly undriveable on the street!! Doing so brought the power down from 800+ hp down to 500... poor him. He still hit over 160 on Summit's straight!! WOW!! In fact, I'll post one of my pictures of it for you all to have wet dreams over...

Thanks Micheal, they did pretty good from what I remember, I believe sub 60 second lap times were no problem for the 993 at that event. Btw, those shopping carts do have a mind of their own, never let one come to rest by your car. Eventually it will be magnetically attracted to your cars higher gravitational pull.

Speaking of F-cars, here's my friend's '75 Dino 308GT4:

And how about this for a stoplight? (Ferrari - Mclaren - Ferrari)

I've always been fond of the Acura NSX:
