Default A quick question about a waste gate air regulator

My friend and I just got threw putting a new head gasket on his 951 that had a Huntly Mass Air with a split second controler also running a manual waste gate regulator (the one every body sells on the net) by passing the cycleing valve.
The QUESTION:
What is the proper way to set a benchmark up on that regulator using a mounted gage off of one of the avaliable ports off of the regulator???

I am waiting on the answer before starting the car

Thank you in advance

Super Dave,

I'm confused about why the car was running both a MBC and the Split Second controller. I don't know much about the Split Second unit, but it seems like you would only want to run 1 or the other.

Anyway, you want to get your boost gauge reference from the clear line that runs from your intake manifold to the KLR.

Here's a cross-post that outlines the procedure I used to install Huntley chips with a boost gauge & MBC in my car, plus how to dial in the boost. It's near the end of the thread.

Good luck!
